Founded in 1998, 3 Greifi has grown from a small group of dedicated volunteers into a respected organization serving communities across Estonia. Our name, meaning "Three Griffins," symbolizes the strength, courage, and vigilance we bring to our mission of community development.
Over the past 25 years, we have organized hundreds of events, connected thousands of community members, and built lasting partnerships with local organizations and government bodies. Our approach combines grassroots engagement with strategic planning to create sustainable, meaningful change.
